I have personally been in real estate sales in Pope County for over 25years. I began as a sales associate in 1997 with Cliff Goodin and Associates Realtors. I opened Boyd Osborne Realtor Group in 2010 which became Arkansas Real Estate Collective in 2022.  I have been a top producer in the Russellville Board of Realtors since my first year in real estate. I have earned the lifetime multi-million dollar designation and been voted Best Realtor by the public. My background includes a BA degree in art and social studies and minister of music for more than 20 years. I have also been in retail, (Flowers, Etc Inc since 1977) an interior design business. I am married to Debbie Phillips of Quitman, Arkansas and we have two daughters, Bethany Hood and Rosalind Carlton and eight beautiful grandchildren.
